German tuners Loder1899 have produced their own range of upgrades for the 2009 Ford Focus RS, resulting in an extra 45bhp.

While you might expect that the extra power comes from an ECU upgrade, Loder1899 have actually taken a more basic approach by freeing up the air intake and exhaust system. Like a good cold remedy the new airbox, manifold and stainless steel exhaust allow the RS to breathe more easily, resulting in a peak power of 345bhp and torque of 370Nm.

Loder1899 are also offering a suspension upgrade that will drop the ride height by 35mm, and you can choose from variuos designs if you want some new wheels. Not so sure about the 20-inch ‘Vertigo Viginti’ design, but they’re yours if you want them.
