Fuel On The Up Again

The AA is warning that petrol prices are set to rise by up to three pence per litre this week, and will rise again several times in the coming months.

Following a recent rise in the whiolesale cost of oil there is to be an expected increase at the pumps of around three pence per litre. The average price of a litre of unleaded in the UK is currently 103.1 pence, while levitra online prices diesel is at 103.9 pence.

Then on September 1st there will be an unavoidable increase of two pence per litre when Labour’s latest fuel duty rise takes effect, so don’t forget to fill up on August 31st! On top of that there’ll be another increase in January when the VAT rate returns to 17.5% from the current 15% which will add about two pence per litre.
