BRZ Drops In Price
With the currency markets adjusting to the receding effects of the global recession, it looks like we here in the UK might be onto a winner. Sterling seems to be doing well on the currency market, particularly against the Yen, and that suddenly makes some of Japan’s automotive delights cheaper to import.
Subaru have taken advantage of this to offer a £2,500 price drop on their rear-wheel drive BRZ. Now the manual SE Lux model can be yours for £23,995, down from £26,495, while the auto drops to £25,495.
Seeing as the BRZ is largely the same as Toyota’s GT86, and that is priced at £25,110 for the manual, it suddenly makes Subaru’s offering a lot more attractive.
Your move, Toyota.
