Why Isn’t British Kid’s TV Like This?

Ever wondered what the Teletubbies would have been like at drifting? Or who was the quickest around a track – George, Zippy or Bungle?

Well, it looks like in Japan they like to give their children the answer to such questions. Here’s an entertaining clip from Japanese children’s TV show Hirake! Ponkikki that shows one of the characters, Gachapin, taking to the wheel of a Honda S2000 for a some donuts and a gymkhana test, followed by a 225km/h run in a Honda Civic on the Twin Ring Motegi circuit.

Come on CBeebies, this is what we our children want!
