The latest generation of the Honda Civic is now available as a limited edition that adds a bit of sporty appeal to the current lineup. Sadly the Honda Civic Ti is no substitute for a Type R, but it’s all we’re getting for the time being.

The return of the Honda Civic Ti

The recipe for the Ti is simple. First of all Honda take a 1.8 SE and then add wheel-arch extensions and fit 17-inch Team Dynamics ‘Le Mans’ alloy wheels inside them. Then they add a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gearknob and fit Bluetooth.

The extras would normally retail for over £1,000 but the Civic Ti is priced at only £16,995 OTR. Colours include Milano Red, White Orchid Pearl and Alabaster Silver Metallic.

Last time Honda sold a Ti model it was limited to just 500 units, which sold out pretty quickly. This time they’re hoping to beat that number by offering 1,000 units, and they’re available to order now.
