The Mitsubishi Starion that was used by Jeremy Clarkson in series 6 of Top Gear is currently available to buy on eBay.
Having been tuned and thrashed by Clarkson and the Stig, the Starion finds itself up for sale. The Stig took it flat out around Millbrook while Clarkson raced Hammond and May around a bumpy field (in between stops to let it cool down).
The Starion still bears Clarkson’s paint scheme, along with the Clitheroe Carpets sponsor logos, and is even autographed by Jezza.
It’s not quite in showroom condition and has 82k miles on the clock, but since being bought back from Top Gear the owner has treated it to a new engine and clutch, and has overhauled the suspension, brakes and cooling system.
At the time of writing the Starion is at £2,429 with 2 days left to run, but the reserve has yet to be met. You can check out the auction on eBay or enjoy a test drive/walkaround with the owner in the video below.
