These pictures have just been released by Mazda and show us exactly what to expect of the next MX5 roadster, due in 2015.
The images clearly show how Mazda have implemented their Kodo design philosophy (Soul of Motion) on the two-seater. It’s the biggest change in styling since the MX5 was first launched, and to my mind carries hints of BMW Z4 about it, especially at the rear.
The interior looks to be much more familiar, upgraded to include a new LCD display with control pad between the seats.
Will this fourth generation of MX-5 live up to the hugely successful history of its predecessors? We’ll have to wait until next year to find out.
