Keen to publicise the new Renaultsport Megane 250, the Renault PR department have pulled off a smart move by getting their latest hot hatch into new racing game Need For Speed:Shift.
It’s taken Electronic Arts spent nearly a year to program the Megane into the game, capturing the shape, sounds and handling characteristics of the car. In the game the Renaultsport Megane will be competing alongside other hot hatches including the ’07 Focus ST, ’96 Focus RS Cosworth, ’07 Seat Leon Cupra and ’06 Golf GTI.
Unlike a certain other nameless racing game (*cough* Gran Turismo 5 *cough*) you can actually go out and by Need For Speed:Shift today – if you’re interested it’s out on Xbox, PS3, PC and PSP.
