If you’re looking for an excuse to treat yourself to a track experience, how about the chance to get behind the wheel of a Ferrari 430 Scuderia?
Thruxton Motorsport Centre has announced its lineup of track experiences for 2009, and the amazing new Ferrari will be one of the new cars. They are also expecting to add a Lamborghini Murcielago SV in the middle of the year, but for the time being you’ll have to make do with a Lamborghini LP640. The full lineup also includes the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Porsche Cayman and 997 Turbo and Dodge Viper.
Although these days can be expensive, they’re fantastic experiences – my Bruntingthorpe Supercar Experience was something I’ll remember for a long time, the spine-tingling howl of the Lamborghini Gallardo’s V10 as I hurtled down the runway at over 140mph is firmly embedded in my memory.
