The Nurburgring has just announced its prices for 2011, and while a single lap of the Nordschleife might not be cheap (at €24) you do get a better deal if you buy one of the multi-lap tickets. Anything from a four-lap ticket upwards will get you a free admission ticket to the new Ring°werk theme park.
If you’re not keen on tackling the Green Hell in your own car you can still catch a ride in one of the Ring Taxis. They’ll still be thundering around the track, allowing you and a couple of mates to be scared silly by one of the pro drivers – possibly by Top Gear star and the Queen of the Ring herself, Sabine Schmitz.
The 2011 prices for the Nordschleife are as follows:
Ticket | Price | Extras |
---|---|---|
1 lap | €24 | None |
4 laps | €89 | €10 food/drinks voucher for the Eifeldorf Grüne Hölle watering hole and one Ring°werk ticket |
15 laps | €310 | €20 food/drinks voucher for the Eifeldorf Grüne Hölle and one Ring°werk ticket |
25 laps | €470 | €30 food/drinks voucher for the Eifeldorf Grüne Hölle and one Ring°werk ticket |
Season Ticket | €1,350 | €100 food/drinks voucher for the Eifeldorf Grüne Hölle and two Ring°werk tickets |
Alternatively you can have a go on the Nurburgring Grand Prix Circuit, where a 20 minute session will set you back €38.
