The Ford Fiesta Zetec S TDCi has received a makeover from M-Sport, the team responsible for running Ford’s WRC rally cars. They’ve teamed up with Cumbrian dealership Stan Palmer Ford to bring a limited run of 50 M-Sport Fiestas.

Ford Fiesta M-Sport TDCi

On the outside the modified Fiesta includes 17″ Oz racing wheels in anthracite, with M-Sport logos on the front doors and tailgate. Inside you get leather upholstery with blue Alcantara panels and M-Sport logos, a numbered plaque on the dashboard, logoed steering wheel and gear lever and also aluminium sill plates, and finally logoed carpet mats.

Sadly the engine remains the standard 1.6 TDCi with 90bhp, but that does mean you can expect up to 64mpg and only 118g/km ofcarbon dioxide, which means the Fiesta M-Sport costs only £35 for road tax and is also exempt from the London Congestion Charge as of October. If you really need more power there is the option of a £500 Bluefin power upgrade that tweaks the ECU to find an extra 21bhp, pushing the total to 111bhp.

If you want one you’d better hurry as they only cost £1,000 more than a standard Zetec-S TDCi at £13,495, and with only 50 being available they won’t be around for long.
