With the current lack of a hot Ford Fiesta it’s down to companies like Mountune Performance to give the little hatchback some much needed extra grunt.
The hottest model is the 115bhp Zetec S (a great little car), but a few months ago Mountune released their warranty-friendly MP140 upgrade kit. That upped the performance but left the looks standard, so now there’s a range of body parts that give the Fiesta more visual appeal.
The new styling add-ons include a front bumper apron that features an integrated splitter, a modified rear diffuser panel and extensions for the rear spoiler.
The parts should fit all Mk7 Fiestas, regardless of engine size or trim level, and are available to order now through Mountune’s online store.
Mountune also offer an upgrade to the exhaust system on Fiestas equipped with the 1.6-litre petrol engine. The cat-back exhaust features twin pipes with the Mountune logo etched into them, improving both the looks and sound of the Fiesta.
The exhaust is included as part of the MP140 upgrade, but if you buy this first you’ll then get a discount if you decide to go for the full upgrade later on.
