Have you considered buying a Ford Focus ST but thought that even with the Tangerine Scream paintwork it was too subtle? Then how about this new styling package from tuners MS Design?
MS Design have called this the Focus ST Competition and it’s a comprehensive package that covers everything from a new front spoiler, bigger side skirts and a new rear diffuser, topped off by a larger rear wing. Gloss black inserts feature heavily and are matched by the front, side and rear stripes.
The Focus ST now sits lower thanks to new springs but the standout feature is those enormous and quite fetching 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels, wrapped in a barely noticeable strip of low-profile rubber.
There are no changes to the engine so power remains the same from the 2.0-litre Ecoboost, with headline figures of 250PS, 360Nm, a 0-62mph time of 6.5 seconds and a top speed of 155mph.
MS Design will be giving their Focus ST Competition its first public outing at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, where you’ll find them in Hall 2.
